摘要
我国《艾滋病诊疗指南》(简称指南)历经六版的更新,从流行病学特征、疾病的检测及管理、诊疗方案的更新等各方面进行了梳理,充分展现了我国艾滋病防治工作取得的巨大成就。笔者通过六版指南内容更新的回顾分析,探讨在新焦点问题的中西医融合研究、基因编辑技术、功能性治愈的发展前景,为未来艾滋病的彻底治愈提供启发。
Objective After six editions of China's AIDS Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines,the epidemiological characteristics,disease detection,diagnosis and treatment plan update,prevention and management were sorted out,fully demonstrating the great achievements of China's AlDS prevention and treatment work.Through the review and analysis of the replacement of the sixth edition of the guidelines,this paper discusses the future development prospects of the research on the integration of Chinese and Western medicine,gene editing technology and functional cure in the new focus,and provides inspiration for the complete cure of AIDS in the future.
