一种基于全控开关器件的柔性励磁系统

A Flexible Excitation System Based on Fully Controlled Switching Devices

摘要 为克服传统基于半控晶闸管的励磁系统响应慢、强励能力弱、体积大等诸多不足,作者提出了一种新型基于大功率全控开关器件的电力电子柔性励磁方案,该励磁系统前级多脉波移相并联PWM整流器通过多脉波励磁变压器连接电网,后级采用交错并联双向高频PWM直流变换器提供励磁电压,不仅能降低对电网的谐波污染、给电网提供无功支撑,还具有励磁响应快、调节精度高和系统体积小等优点,能够增强电力系统稳定性。最后通过仿真和分析验证表明所提出方案的有效性。 To address the limitations of traditional semi-controlled thyristor-based excitation systems,such as slow re-sponse,weak field-forcing capability,and large physical size,this paper proposes a novel power electronics-based flexible excitation scheme utilizing high-power fully-controlled switching devices.The proposed excitation system features a front-stage multi-pulse phase-shifted parallel PwM rectifier connected to the grid via a multi-pulse excitation transformer,and a rear-stage interleaved parallel bidirectional high-frequency PWM DC converter to provide excitation voltage.This configu-ration not only reduces harmonic pollution to the grid and provides reactive power support,but also demonstrates advanta-ges including fast excitation response,high regulation accuracy.and compact system size,thereby enhancing power system stability.Finally,simulation and analytical verification confirm the effectiveness of the proposed solution.
