流量调控微胶囊灭火剂结构对释放模式的影响

Effect of Flow-modulated Microencapsulated Extinguishing Agent Structure on Release Patterns

摘要 微胶囊灭火剂是扑灭狭小空间火灾的有效方式。研究了微流控法中三相流量对所制备微胶囊灭火剂液滴的封装核壳形貌的调控规律,及对其释放特性的影响。结果表明,内外相流量从4μL/min到20μL/min的等比增大使液滴粒径增大32.56%,壳层厚度下降19.8%;流动相流量从400μL/min增大到800μL/min使粒径减小29.19%,壳层厚度减小20.58%;内外相流量比的增大使液滴内核在粘性力主导时表现为直径增大,表面张力主导时表现为核心数增多。单核微胶囊释放模式呈两段快速释放,其中更厚壳层的微胶囊释放温度更高,失重速率峰值更大,单次释放量更多。多核微胶囊释放模式呈单次大量释放衔接缓慢释放,其中核心数越大,开始释放温度越低,且释放量越多。 Microcapsulated fire suppressants are effective for confined-space fire suppression.This study investigated the regulation of three-phase flow rates in microfluidics on core-shell morphology and release properties of microcapsules.Results demonstrated that proportional increases in inner/outer phase flow rates(4~20μL/min)enlarged droplet size by 32.56%while reducing shell thickness by 19.size by 29.19% and shell thickness by 20.8%.Increasing flux phase flow rate(400~800μL/min)decreased droplet 58%.Higher inner/outer phase ratio induced larger core diameters under viscosity-dominated regime or multiple cores under surface tension-dominated regime.Single-core microcapsules exhibited bipha sic rapid release,with thicker shells showing higher release temperatures,greater peak mass-loss rates,and larger single release quantities.Multi-core counterparts displayed massive initial release fol lowed by sustained slow release,where higher core numbers reduced initial release temperaturewhile increasing total agent release.
