摘要
为研究预应力混凝土现浇连续梁桥在端部张拉受限条件下的预应力布置优化方法,以某4×25m连续梁桥为依托,通过理论研究与数值模拟分析相结合,研究了一种端部预留张拉槽口的构造优化方法及其受力性能。研究表明,在预应力张拉后支点的反力与支架拆除后的反力接近,在预留槽口设计时需考虑端横梁在支座处的受力要求;槽口底部与无支座腹板的交接位置A点及横梁底板B点两个位置有显著的拉应力,是控制横梁抗裂性能的关键;预留槽口宽度和深度宜按照D2/D1≤0.7,H≥0.4m进行控制,避免横梁局部出现过大拉应力。
In order to study the optimization method of prestressed arrangement of prestressed concrete cast⁃in⁃place continuous girder bridge under the condition of limited tension at the end,based on a 4×25m continuous girder bridge,through the combination of theoretical research and numerical simulation analysis,a structural optimization method of reserved tension notch at the end and its mechanical performance are studied.The research shows that the reaction force of the fulcrum after the prestressing tension is close to the reaction force after the support is removed,and the force requirement of the end beam at the support should be considered in the design of the reserved groove.There are significant tensile stresses at the junction position A of the bottom of the notch and the web without support and the two positions of the bottom plate B of the girder,which are the key to control the crack resistance of the girder.The width and depth of the reserved groove should be controlled according to D2/D1≤0.7,H≥0.4m,so as to avoid excessive tensile stress in the girder.
