摘要
针对长洲水电站灯泡贯流式机组原调速系统存在的一次调频不合格、转速死区超标和逆功率误动等问题,提出基于CVZT-150-6.3型数字插装式调速器的国产化改造方案。通过采用高频数控阀替代传统比例伺服阀,构建基于“三取中”信号处理算法的测控系统、机械式分段关闭信号触发机制以及主配拒动综合判据的容错体系,并开展静特性、空载摆动和甩负荷等全工况试验验证。结果表明,改造后机组的转速死区、接力器不动时间、空载摆动幅度及一次调频合格率等关键性能指标均优于国家标准要求。该改造方案显著提升了调速系统的动态响应性能与运行可靠性,可为同类型老旧机组的智能化改造及国产化设备升级提供技术参考。
In response to issues with the original governor system of the bulb tubular units at Changzhou Hydropower Station,such as failure to meet primary frequency regulation requirements,excessive speed dead band,and unintended reverse-power operation,a localization transformation scheme based on the CVZT-150-6.3 digital cartridge-type governor is proposed.This involved replacing traditional proportional servo valves with highfrequency digital control valves,establishing a fault-tolerant system incorporating a measurement and control system based on a“median-select”signal processing algorithm,a mechanical segmented closing signal trigger mechanism,and a comprehensive criterion for main distributor failure.Comprehensive tests under various conditions,including static characteristics,no-load oscillation,and load rejection,are conducted.The results show that key performance indicators of the retrofitted units such as speed dead band,servomotor response time,no-load oscllation amplitude,and primary frequency regulation compliance rate all exceeded the requirements of national standards.The transformation scheme significantly enhances the dynamic response performance and operational reliability of the governor system,providing a technical reference for the intelligent retrofitting and localization upgrade of similar aging units.
