摘要
采用乙烯焦油为原料,制备软化点分别为220、250和280℃的可纺沥青。通过纤维强伸度仪、TG-MS、元素分析、XRD、FT-IR、^(13)C-NMR、SEM等测试表征手段,探究预氧化工艺对各向同性沥青基碳纤维性能的影响。结果表明:软化点为250℃的沥青纺丝性能最佳,在碳纤维制备过程中未发生熔并和生焦现象;在预氧化温度280℃、时间60 min条件下得到的碳纤维最终结构和力学性能最佳,拉伸强度为920 MPa,模量为43000 MPa;通过控制预氧化条件能够提高C—O—C和C=O基团的含量,避免碳转化为CO和CO_(2)等气体逸出,从而增加碳纤维的稳定性和力学性能。
Spinnable pitches with softening points of 220,250 and 280℃were prepared using ethylene tar as the raw material.The effect of pre-oxidation process on the properties of isotropic pitch-based carbon fibers was investigated by means of fiber tensile tester,TG-MS,elemental analysis,XRD,FT-IR,^(13)C-NMR and SEM.The results show that the pitch with a softening point of 250℃has the best spinning performance,without melting and coking during the preparation of carbon fibers.After pre-oxidation at 280℃for 60 min,the carbon fibers obtained exhibit the optimal final structure and mechanical properties,demonstrating a tensile strength of 920 MPa and a modulus of 43000 MPa.Controlling the pre-oxidation conditions can increase the content of C—O—C and C=O groups,and avoid the conversion of carbon into CO and CO_(2) with subsequent gas evolution,thus enhancing the stability and mechanical properties of carbon fibers.
