Research Progress on Carbon Dioxide Capture,Utilization and Storage Technology in the Petroleum and Petrochemical Industry

摘要 中国提出了2030年达到碳达峰,2060年实现碳中和的目标,石油行业和石油化工(简称石化)行业是中国的支柱产业,但在生产过程中排放的CO_(2)约占全国碳排放总量的13%,为实现“双碳”目标,石油和石化行业任重道远。CO_(2)捕集、利用与封存(CCUS)技术可以有效解决碳减排问题,对CCUS技术进行了概述,总结了不同CCUS技术的原理及研究进展,并针对石油和石化行业CCUS技术提出了未来发展建议。石油和石化行业应致力于开发高效低成本的CO_(2)捕集技术,重点研发效率更高的捕集材料和工艺。此外,推动CO_(2)转化技术的创新,创制多活性位、多尺度结构的催化剂,开发CO_(2)高效转化为烯烃、芳烃、可持续航空煤油等高附加值产品的新型技术。对于CO_(2)封存技术,需要深入研究封存过程的安全性和可靠性。 China has set the targets of reaching peak carbon dioxide emissions by 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality by 2060.The petroleum industry and petrochemical industry,a pillar industry in the country,contributes to approximately 13%of China's total carbon emissions during production.To achieve the"dual carbon"targets,the industry faces significant challenges.Carbon capture,utilization and storage(CCUS)technology emerges as an effective solution for carbon emission mitigation.This paper provides an overview of CCUS technologies,summarizes the principles and research progress of various CCUS technologies,and proposes suggestions on the future development of CCUS technologies in the petroleum and petrochemical industry.Petroleum and petrochemical enterprises should strive to develop efficient and cost-effective CO_(2) capture technologies,and focus on developing capture materials and processes with higher efficiency.In addition,it is necessary to promote innovation in CO_(2) conversion technologies,develop novel catalysts with multiple active sites and multi-scale structures,and create new technologies for efficiently converting CO_(2) into high value-added products such as olefins,aromatics,and sustainable aviation kerosene.Specifically,for CO_(2) sequestration technology,it is imperative to conduct a thorough research on the safety and reliability of the sequestration process.
