摘要
风电功率的波动会降低离网型风电混合储能系统的稳定性。为了提高风电输出的平滑程度,设计一种风电波动功率平抑方法。在利用功率采集器获取实时风电输出功率后,将波动功率输入到由蓄电池和超级电容器组成的离网型风电混合储能系统中,再从电感电流、直流电压2个角度出发平抑波动功率。针对电感电流,通过增加系统的电感,产生反向电动势,抵消风电输出变化造成的电流波动;针对直流电压,增加储能装置容量后,利用逆变器控制其充放电速率,从而控制系统的直流电压。利用超级电容器吸收超过额定值的电感电流和直流电压,从而抑制风电输出功率的波动性。实验结果表明:应用所提方法后,风电网输出功率波形平稳,蓄电池使用寿命较长,说明该方法的平抑效果好、平抑效率高。
The fluctuation of wind power will reduce the stability of off-grid wind power hybrid energy storage systems.To improve the smoothness of wind power output,a method for suppressing wind power fluctuation is designed.After obtaining the real-time wind power output using a power collector,the fluctuating power is input into the off-grid wind power hybrid energy storage system composed of batteries and supercapacitors,and then the fluctuating power is suppressed from two perspectives:inductor current and DC voltage.For the inductor current,by increasing the inductance of the system,a reverse electromotive force is generated to offset the current fluctuation caused by changes in wind power output.For the DC voltage,after increasing the capacity of the energy storage device,the inverter is used to control its charge and discharge rate,thereby controlling the DC voltage of the system.Supercapacitors are used to absorb the inductor current and DC voltage that exceed the rated values,thereby suppressing the fluctuation of wind power output.Experimental results show that after applying the proposed method,the output power waveform of the wind power grid is stable,and the service life of the battery is long,indicating that the method has a good suppression effect and high suppression efficiency.
