摘要
无线传感器网络节点通常资源受限,部署环境复杂多变,面临着数据安全传输的巨大挑战,数据安全传输完整度较低、传输时延难以控制,进而降低数据传输的效率。因此,文章提出基于轻量化CNN的无线传感器网络多维数据安全传输。通过分层设计思路部署传感器网络节点,均匀分布在监测区域,利用LoRa网关和应用层的采集微控制器数据。基于轻量化CNN,提出无线传感器网络多维数据压缩策略,运用深层递归神经网络模型处理数据,整合并降低数据维度。在安全传输方面,采用射频芯片结合星形布线策略设计无线通信模块,并引入加密算法和数据完整性校验机制,实现无线传感器网络多维数据的安全传输。实验结果表明,研究方法能够保障数据高完整度,有效控制传输时延,从而提升无线传感器网络多维数据的安全传输效率。
Wireless sensor networks nodes usually have limited resources and complex and changeable deployment environment,and are faced with great challenges of data security trans-mission.The integrity of data security transmission is low and the transmission delay is difficult to control,thus reducing the efficiency of data transmission.Therefore,this paper proposes the secure transmission of multidimensional data in wireless sensor networks based on lightweight CNN.The sensor network nodes are deployed by hierarchical design idea and evenly distributed in the monitoring area,and the data of microcontroller is collected by LoRa gateway and applica-tion layer.Based on lightweight CNN,a multi-dimensional data compression strategy for wire-less sensor networks is proposed,and the deep recursive neural network model is used to process the data,so as to integrate and reduce the data dimension.In the aspect of secure transmission,the wireless communication module is designed by combining radio frequency chip with star wiring strategy,and encryption algorithm and data integrity check mechanism are introduced to realize the secure transmission of multi-dimensional data in wireless sensor networks.The experimental results show that the research method can ensure high data integrity and effectively control the transmission delay,thus improving the security transmission efficiency of multidimensional data in wireless sensor networks.
