摘要
洋葱伯克霍尔德菌群(BCC)是一种对免疫功能低下患者具有致病性的机会致病菌,可通过气溶胶颗粒、接触该菌污染表面进行传播,引起多种疾病。该菌可在无营养的水或管道中存活40 d,并形成水化膜污染饮用水。我国曾屡次出现由BCC引起的感染病例。在普遍使用直饮水的年代,BCC的检测研究具有重要意义。文章从菌种的接种方式、稀释液、培养温度、增菌液的选择等8个方面展开检测分析研究,并建立了直饮水中洋葱伯克霍尔德菌群的检测方法。经方法确认,该方法的检测水平为5 CFU,可满足直饮水中洋葱伯克霍尔德菌群的检测需求,扩展直饮水的微生物检验指标,为保障公民用水安全提供技术支持。
Burkholderia cepacian complex(BBC)is an opportunistic pathogen that is pathogenic to patients with compromised immune function.It can be transmitted through aerosol particles and contact between patients and contaminated surfaces of the bacteria,and then cause various diseases.This bacteria can survive for 40 days in non-nutritious water or pipes,and form a hydration film to contaminate drinking water.Infection cases caused by BCC have occurred repeatedly in China.In the era when direct drinking water is widely used,the detection and research of BCC have great significance.The article conducts detection research from eight aspects,such as the inoculation method of bacterial strains,different diluents,incubation temperature,and the selection of enrichment broths,and establishes a detection method for BBC in direct drinking water.It has been confirmed via method validation that the detection level of this method is 5 CFU,which can meet the detection requirements of the BBC in direct drinking water,expand the detection indexes of microorganisms in direct drinking water,and provides technical support for ensuring citizens’water safety.
