摘要
针对闪速炉余热锅炉存在的内部结渣、高温烟气冲刷顶棚及硫酸盐化喷嘴周边膜式壁低温腐蚀等问题,采用带加热器的硫酸盐化风技术进行解决。该技术通过在常规硫酸盐化风系统中增设蒸汽加热器,将空气加热至220℃后喷入锅炉。结合国内、外两个实际应用案例,对技术研究结果进行应用印证。项目应用结果表明,该技术能有效缓解结渣问题,减轻烟气对顶棚的冲刷,并显著降低锅炉膜式壁发生低温腐蚀风险。
To address issues such as internal slagging in flash furnace waste heat boilers,high-temperature flue gas scouring the roof,and low-temperature corrosion of membrane walls around sulphation nozzles,the sulphation air technology with heater is adopted.This technology involves adding a steam heater to the conventional sulphation air system to heat the air to approximately 220℃ before injecting it into the boiler.The application effectiveness of this technology was validated through two practical project cases,both domestic and international.Project application results demonstrate that this technology can effectively mitigate slagging,reduce flue gas scouring on the roof,and significantly lower the risk of low-temperature corrosion.
