摘要
目的探讨分析面部美容缝合术后早期瘢痕的治疗中应用二氧化碳(CO_(2))点阵激光联合硅酮凝胶的效果。方法选取2023年1月至2024年12月郑州大学第五附属医院收治的面部美容缝合术后早期瘢痕患者354例,按治疗方法差异分2组,对照组和观察组各177例,分别予以CO_(2)点阵激光治疗方案及其联合硅酮凝胶的联合治疗方案,对比两组患者治疗情况。结果治疗后,观察组血供、色素、柔韧度、高度评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组不良反应相比,观察组发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组满意度相比,观察组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论面部美容缝合术后早期瘢痕治疗中应用CO_(2)点阵激光联合硅酮凝胶治疗的效果确切,不良反应少,能提高患者满意度。
Objective To investigate and analyze the therapeutic eff ect of carbon dioxide(CO_(2))lattice laser combined with silicone gel on early scar after facial cosmetology suture.Methods From January 2023 to December 2024,354 patients with early scars after facial cosmetic suture admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the differences in treatment methods,with 177 cases in each group,namely the control group and the observation group.They were respectively given the CO CO_(2)fractional laser treatment plan and the combined treatment plan with silicone gel.The treatment conditions of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results After the treatment,the scores of blood supply,pigment,flexibility and height in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Compared with the adverse reactions in the control group,the incidence in the observation group was lower,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Compared with the satisfaction of the control group,the satisfaction of the observation group was higher,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of CO CO_(2)fractional laser combined with silicone gel in the treatment of early scars after facial cosmetic suture has a defi nite eff ect,with few adverse reactions and can improve patient satisfaction.
