摘要
受工艺操作及环境风的影响,传统排风罩对澳炉渣包高温烟气控制效果不佳。本文研究提出了一种新型的气幕式排风罩,并分析了其对澳炉渣包高温烟气的控制效果。通过现场测试结合数值模拟,分别对比了不同室外风速、有无气幕送风、不同送/排风量比下排风罩对SO_(2)气体和烟尘颗粒的捕集效率。结果表明:无气幕送风时,4 m/s的室外风会导致SO_(2)气体捕集效率与无室外风工况相比从84.92%下降至72.01%,烟尘捕集效率从89.30%下降至62.30%;在相同室外风速(4 m/s)、相同排风量(30000 m^(3)/h)条件下,排风罩增设送风量为5910 m^(3)/h的气幕送风后,SO_(2)气体捕集效率从72.01%提升至89.35%,烟尘捕集效率从62.30%提升至92.67%;气幕式排风罩能有效屏蔽环境风,但在室外风速较高时污染物捕集效果会大幅降低;气幕式排风罩送/排风量比值控制在0.17能够有效提高捕集效率。
Due to the influence of process operation and environmental wind,traditional exhaust hoods have poor control effect on the high-temperature smoke from the slag tapping port of a copper Ausmelt furnace.This paper proposes a new type of air curtain exhaust hood and analyses its control effect on the smoke at the slag tapping port.By combining field tests with numerical simulations,the capture efficiencies of SO_(2)and particulate matter by exhaust hoods are compared under different outdoor wind speeds,with and without an air curtain,and different supply and exhaust air volume ratios.The results show that in the absence of air curtain supply,an outdoor wind speed of 4 m/s will result in a decrease in SO_(2)gas capture efficiency from 84.92%to 72.01%and a decrease in smoke and dust capture efficiency from 89.30%to 62.30%,compared with the condition without outdoor wind.Under the same outdoor wind speed(4 m/s)and the same exhaust air volume(30000 m^(3)/h)conditions,the addition of an air curtain with a supply air volume of 5910 m^(3)/h to the exhaust hood increases the SO_(2)capture efficiency from 72.01%to 89.35%,and the smoke and dust capture efficiency from 62.30%to 92.67%.The air curtain exhaust hoods can effectively shield against outdoor winds,but the pollutant capture efficiency will decrease significantly at higher outdoor wind speeds.Controlling the supply and exhaust air volume ratio of the air curtain exhaust hood at 0.17 can effectively enhance capture efficiency.
