摘要
采用基于超声波频差及多普勒效应的方法测算时,接收信号与回波信号间存在偏差,这导致油田注水流量监测精度较低。提出一种延长油田井下分层注水流量自动监测方法。针对接收信号与回波信号间的偏差问题,根据流体运动原理得出各注水层水流量及速度,利用不完全微分比例—积分—微分(PID)控制、离散函数求解当前流量的测调量,自动调节阻塞器的水嘴口径大小,以符合各注水层水流量需求,完成注水流量的自动测调。实验结果表明,所提方法注水流量监测精度高,且注水流量控制稳定性好,可有效提升油田原油产量。
When using the method based on ultrasonic frequency difference and Doppler effect,there is a deviation between the received signal and the echo signal,which leads to the low monitoring accuracy of oilfield water injection flow.This paper proposes an automatic monitoring method for downhole layered water injection flow in Yanchang oilfield.Aimed at the deviation problem between the received signal and the echo signal,the water flow rate and velocity of each injection layer are obtained auording to the principle of fluid motion.The measurement and adjustment of the current flow rate are solved by using incomplete differential proportion-integral-differential(PID)control and discrete function,and the nozzle diameter of the blocker is automatically adjusted to meet the water flow requirements of each injection layer,thus completing the automatic measurement and adjustment of the injection flow.The experimental results show that the proposed method has high accuracy in water injection flow monitoring and good stability in water injection flow control,which can effectively improve the crude oil production of the oilfield.
