摘要
为满足稀有气体钻探开发需求,在渭河盆地南部斜坡大力部署氦气勘探井任务,完钻井深超4000 m,最高井温超150℃。主要存在泥岩段长,地层易造浆,地层温度高,钻井液性能稳定性差,完井周期长,钻井液易高温发酵等技术难点,针对以上技术难点,优选抗高温降失水剂HLSJ和HLSX、无机泥页岩抑制剂HYZJ、流行调节剂HTJJ,四种核心处理剂,通过室内综合性能评价,形成了渭河盆地氦气井抗高温水基钻井液体系,抗温高达180℃,HTHP滤失量≤15 mL,一次滚动回收率≥95%。该体系已完成3口氦气井的钻探任务,有效防止井壁失稳,钻井过程中未发生井壁垮塌和钻头泥包现象,电测成功率100%,满足长庆区域深探井高温钻井液技术需求。
In order to meet the demand for rare gas drilling and development,helium exploration wells have been vigorously deployed on the southern slope of the Weihe Basin,with a drilling depth of over 4000 m and a maximum well temperature exceeding 150℃.There are mainly technical difficulties such as long mudstone sections,easy formation slurry formation,high formation temperature,poor stability of drilling fluid performance,long completion cycle,and high temperature fermentation of drilling fluid.In response to these technical difficulties,four core treatment agents were selected,anti high temperature water loss agents HLSJ and HLSX,inorganic shale inhibitor HYZJ,and popular regulator HTJJ.Through indoor comprehensive performance evaluation,a high-temperature resistant water-based drilling fluid system for helium wells in the Weihe Basin was formed,with a temperature resistance of up to 180℃,HTHP filter loss≤15 mL,and a one-time rolling recovery rate of≥95%.This system has completed the drilling tasks of three helium gas wells,effectively preventing wellbore instability.During the drilling process,there was no wellbore collapse or drill bit mud entrapment.The success rate of electrical testing was 100%,meeting the technical requirements of high-temperature drilling fluid for deep exploration wells in Changqing area.
