摘要
随着互联网技术的迅速发展,短视频逐渐走进人们的日常生活,自从短视频出现以来,因其内容丰富、类型多样,吸引了大量视听用户的青睐,给人们带来乐趣的同时也暗含着错综复杂的法律问题。针对短视频创作权归属、短视频内容监管、利用短视频直播带货等问题,从著作权保护、侵权保护、消费者权益保护、平台监管保护等方面提出短视频合规发展对策建议。
Based on the rapid development of internet technology,short videos have gradually become an in-tegral part of people’s daily lives.Since their emergence,short videos have attracted a vast audience of viewers due to their diverse and rich content.While bringing entertainment to users,they also entail intricate legal challenges.Regarding issues such as ownership of short video creation rights,content regulation,and live-streaming commerce via short videos,this study proposes compliance development strategies from the perspectives of copyright protection,infringement liability,con-sumer rights protection,and platform supervision mechanisms.
