铝电解生产自动化控制中的问题浅析及对策

摘要 铝电解生产过程中自动化控制系统—铝电解智能槽控系统是生产控制的核心,其对打壳下料的控制对生产的影响至关重要。目前多数槽控系统与打壳下料控制是分离的,槽控系统只对打壳下料发出指令,至于指令有无得到执行则没有反馈,无法形成闭环管理。通过对电解铝生产自动化控制中存在的问题进行分析研究,报告了铝电解生产控制系统目前运行的现状,并对其进行了深入调查,提出了改进的策略,简述了目前国内常见的智能控制技术。 The automation control system in the aluminum electrolysis production process-the aluminum electrolysis intelligent tank control system is the core of production control,and its control of shell feeding is crucial to production.At present,most slot control systems are separated from shell cutting control.The slot control system only issues instructions for shell cutting,and there is no feedback on whether the instructions are executed,which cannot form a closed-loop management.By analyzing and researching the problems existing in the automation control of electrolytic aluminum production,this paper reports on the current operation status of the aluminum electrolytic production control system,conducts in-depth investigation,proposes improvement strategies,and briefly describes the common intelligent control technologies in China.
