铝电解真空抬包内部结渣及内衬破损过程研究

摘要 针对铝电解真空抬包使用过程中内部易结渣和内衬破损问题,通过分析真空抬包基本结构和工作过程,重点研究了抬包内部结渣形貌、密度、化学成分和物相组成等,系统阐述了抬包内部结渣来源、形成过程和抬包内衬破损原因。研究表明:铝液渗透以及与内衬材料的化学反应生成霞石和方钠石等高硬度、高黏度的复杂物相是造成抬包使用效率降低和寿命下降的主要原因,并提出了改进措施。 Focusing on the issues of internal slagging and lining damage during the use of aluminum electrolysis vacuum ladles,this paper analyzes the basic structure and working process of the vacuum ladles.It particularly investigates the morphology,density,chemical composition,and phase composition of the internal slagging.The paper systematically explains the sources of internal slagging,the formation process,and the reasons for the damage to the ladle lining.Research indicates that the penetration of aluminum liquid and the chemical reactions with the lining material that produce complex phases such as nepheline and sodalite with high hardness and high viscosity are the main reasons for the reduced efficiency and shortened lifespan of the ladles,improvement measures are proposed.
