循环流化床锅炉能效提升措施

Measures to Improve Energy Efficiency of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boilers

摘要 随着能源结构调整和环保要求提高,锅炉能效提升成为工业节能降耗、控制成本的关键。为提高锅炉能效和运行稳定性,采取加装相变换热器、增加卫燃带面积、调整省煤器间距以及掺烧沼气等技术措施。实践运行表明,这些改进措施不仅能够提高锅炉的热效率,还能降低环境污染,实现经济效益和环境效益的双赢。 With the ongoing adjustment of energy structures and increasing environmental protection requirements,improving boiler energy efficiency has become a critical aspect of industrial energy conservation and cost control.To enhance boiler efficiency and operational stability,technical measures such as installing phase change heat exchangers,increasing the area of sanitary belt,adjusting economizer spacing,and biogas co-firing have been implemented.Results prove that these improvements not only enhance the thermal efficiency of boilers,but also reduce environmental pollution,achieving a win-win outcome in terms of both economic benefits and environmental sustainability.
