摘要
为提高硫酸酸洗废液的回收利用率,应用硫酸酸洗废液降酸、硫酸酸洗废液还原、结晶法分离硫酸亚铁进行硫酸酸洗废酸中高纯度硫酸亚铁的制取实验分析。实验结果表明:加入1.5倍氧化铁皮后,废液中铁总浓度上升;还原后的硫酸亚铁溶液中,镍浓度较低,后续实验将重点研究结晶法分离硫酸亚铁中的重金属铬效果;低温条件下溶液更容易达到过饱和状态,从而促进结晶;硫酸亚铁溶液的酸度越高,结晶率越高;选择2 h作为结晶时间较为合理。研究结果为硫酸酸洗废液的资源化利用提供了技术支持,并为工业生产中硫酸亚铁的制备提供了理论依据和技术参考。
In order to improve the recovery and utilization rate of sulfuric acid pickling waste liquor,the preparation of high-purity ferrous sulfate from sulfuric acid pickling waste acid was analyzed by using sulfuric acid pickling waste liquor reduction,sulfuric acid pickling waste liquor reduction and crystallization method to separate ferrous sulfate.The experimental results show that the total concentration of iron in the waste liquid increases after adding 1.5 times of iron oxide scale;The concentration of nickel in the reduced ferrous sulfate solution is relatively low,and the sub-sequent experiments will focus on the separation of chromium from ferrous sulfate by crystallization;It is easier for the solution to reach supersatu-ration at low temperature,which promotes crystallization;The higher the acidity of ferrous sulfate solution,the higher the crystallization rate;It is reasonable to choose 2 h as the crystallization time.Research results provide technical support for the resource utilization of sulfuric acid pickling wastewater,and provide theoretical basis and technical reference for the preparation of ferrous sulfate in industrial production.
