摘要
针对全科医学硕士专业学位研究生(简称专硕)导师角色认知模糊、重知识传授轻价值培养、重科研指导轻临床教学,以及缺乏有效评价体系等问题,中山大学附属第一医院从立德树人、医教研专业能力、整体评价3个层面构筑全科专硕导师的培训框架,创建了医疗-教学-科研三位一体、价值引领-能力导向-多元评价三维赋能的全科专硕导师“双师型”培养体系。7年的创新教学实践结果表明,全科专硕导师综合能力和全科专硕培养质量显著提高,通过国际合作与省内推广应用,逐步优化并打造了具有中山大学特色的国际化全科师资培训精品课程,为全科专硕导师的核心胜任力培养提供了新的思路。
In response to the issues for tutors of master's degree students in general practice(referred to as general practice masters),which included unclear role recognition,emphasis on knowledge transmission over value cultivation,focus on research guidance rather than on clinical teaching,and lack of an effective evaluation system,a training framework for tutors was established from three perspectives:cultivating virtue and fostering talent,professional capabilities in medical education and research,and comprehensive evaluation.This framework created a"medical,teaching and research"trinity and a three-dimensional empowerment system characterized by"value guidance,competency orientation,and diverse evaluation"for the"dual-teacher"training mode of master tutors in general practice.The results of seven years of innovative teaching practices indicate that the comprehensive capabilities of tutors of general practice professional master's degree students and the quality of training have significant improvement.Through international collaboration and promotion within the province,we have gradually optimized and developed a high-quality internationalized training program for general practice faculty that embodies the characteristics of Sun Yat-sen University.This provides new ideas for the core competency development of master tutors in general practice.
