摘要
通识课程在新时代高等教育体系中承载着价值引领与能力培养的双重使命。本文聚焦“润物无声”与“能力导向”的融合路径,从价值重塑出发,探讨课程思政元素在通识课程中的自然嵌入机制;结合OBE理念,分析通识课程教学目标、教学过程与评价体系的系统重构;并结合高校实践,从教师发展、课程场景、典型案例三个方面,梳理通识课程教学转型的现实路径。研究认为,唯有实现知识传授与素养养成的协同,通识教育方能在新时代实现高质量发展。
In the new era of higher education,general education courses bear the dual mission of value guidance and competency development.This study focuses on the integration of"silent nurturing"and"competency orientation,"exploring the natural embedding mechanism of ideological and political elements in general education from the perspective of value reconstruction.Guided by the Outcomes-Based Education(OBE)approach,it systematically analyzes the restructuring of teaching objectives,instructional processes,and evaluation systems in general education.Drawing on university practices,the study outlines practical pathways for teaching transformation in three key dimensions:faculty development,curricular scenarios,and exemplary cases.The research argues that only by achieving synergy between knowledge transmission and competency cultivation can general education attain high-quality development in the new era.
