摘要
在全面从严治党视域下,高校要把党要管党、全面从严治党的要求落实到学生党员队伍管理中,提高党员教育培养质量。本文将阐述全面从严治党对高校学生党员教育管理的要求,分析当前高校学生党员教育管理的主要困境。在此背景下,高校要加强党员的政治认同,构建“三维从严”教育管理模式,严肃落实组织生活制度,探索数字化教育手段,深化作风建设,发挥学生党员的先锋模范作用。
Under the perspective of comprehensive strict governance of the Party,universities must implement the requirements of the Party governing itself and exercising strict governance into the management of student Party members,so as to enhance the quality of Party member education and cultivation.This paper expounds the demands of comprehensive strict Party governance for the educational management of student Party members in universities,and analyzes the main dilemmas in the current practice.Against this background,universities should:strengthen Party members'political identity;construct a"three-dimensional strictness"educational management model;strictly implement the organizational life system;explore digital educational approaches;deepen style construction;and give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of student Party members.
