摘要
土地资源的开发利用对生态环境造成了深远影响,包含生态系统结构扰动、水土流失、土壤退化及水资源消耗等。围绕土地开发利用中的生态保护策略,分析土地利用变化对生态环境的主要影响,研究生态红线管控、土地整治与生态修复、低影响开发模式等关键生态保护技术路径,提出优化土地用途管控、构建绿色基础设施及探索环境友好型开发模式的策略。借助案例分析生态文明示范区及绿色土地利用模式的实践效果,评估生态保护策略的实施成效。研究表明,强化生态红线管理与创新土地修复技术对于提高土地开发的生态保护水平至关重要。
The development and utilization of land resources have a profound impact on the ecological environment,including disturbances to ecosystem structure,soil erosion,soil degradation,and water resource consumption.Based on the ecological protection strategies in land development and utilization,the main impacts of land use changes on the ecological environment are analyzed,the key ecological protection technology paths are studied such as ecological red line control,land consolidation and ecological restoration,and low impact development models,and the strategies are proposed for optimizing land use control,building green infrastructure,and exploring environmentally friendly development models.Using case studies to analyze the practical effects of ecological civilization demonstration areas and green land use models,the implementation effectiveness of ecological protection strategies is evaluated.Research has shown that strengthening ecological red line management and innovating land restoration technologies are crucial for improving the ecological protection level of land development.
