摘要
目的:研讨射频联合臭氧疗法对根性坐骨神经痛的治疗价值。方法:选取2022年8月至2025年2月我院40例根性坐骨神经痛患者为研究对象,将其分成A组、B组(随机数字表法),两组均采用射频温控热凝治疗,A组实施射频治疗,B组在A组基础上增加臭氧疗法,对比两组视觉模拟评分(VAS)、疼痛缓解率、疗效。结果:治疗后,视觉模拟评分(VAS)比较,A组数值比B组数值高,指标对比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;疼痛缓解率比较,观察组高于对照组,指标对比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;疗效比较,B组数值比A组高,指标对比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:根性坐骨神经痛患者选择射频联合臭氧疗法,可实现疼痛缓解,能提升疗效,值得推广。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of combining radio-frequency therapy with ozone therapy in the treatment of radicular sciatica.Methods:A total of 40 patients with radicular sciatica treated at our hospital between August 2022 and February 2025 were recruited as research participants and randomly divided into two groups(Group A and Group B)using the random number table method.Both groups underwent radio-frequency thermocoagulation.Group A received radio-frequency therapy alone,while Group B received additional ozone therapy on top of the radio-frequency treatment.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),pain relief rate,and therapeutic efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the VAS score in Group A was significantly higher than that in Group B(P<0.05).The pain relief rate in Group B was significantly higher than in Group A(P<0.05).Additionally,the therapeutic efficacy in Group B was significantly better than in Group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with radicular sciatica,the combination of radio-frequency therapy and ozone therapy effectively alleviates pain and enhances therapeutic outcomes,warranting further clinical application and promotion.
