摘要
采矿工程安全风险管理是确保矿井生产安全运行的重要保障。文章基于某大型煤矿两年跟踪调查数据,运用层次分析法建立了地质灾害与瓦斯积聚及水害等主要风险因素评估指标体系。研究表明,采用智能监测系统结合风险预警模型,风险识别准确率提升至94%,安全事故发生率下降52%。通过分级管控与动态预警以及应急预案等管理策略,形成了完整的风险防控体系,对提升采矿工程安全管理水平具有积极意义。
Mining engineering safety risk management is an important guarantee to ensure the safe operation of mine production.Based on two years'follow-up survey data of a large coal mine,the evaluation index system of major risk factors such as geological disaster,gas accumulation and water damage is established by using analytic hierarchy process.The research shows that by using intelligent monitoring system combined with risk early warning model,the accuracy rate of risk identification is increased to 94%,and the incidence of security accidents is reduced by 52%.Through management strategies such as hierarchical control,dynamic early warning and emergency plan,a complete risk prevention and control system has been formed,which has positive significance for improving the safety management level of mining engineering.
