In order to comprehensively improve the quality of hot-dip galvanizing of steel,this article will elaborate on the key technical contents of annealing furnace heating control,including convection preheating section treatment,heating section treatment,etc.,based on the actual situation of the production line;Afterwards,the equipment composition strategy of the above technical solution was elaborated in detail,including the main equipment composition method of the vertical annealing furnace,the placement of the radiation tube heating system,etc;Finally,the article elaborates on the optimization strategies of relevant equipment and explains the slope control scheme during the heating process,hoping to provide support for production control in similar enterprises and have promotional value.
