磷酸铁锂正极材料产线磁性物质的管控

摘要 磷酸铁锂正极材料因其安全性高、性价比高、循环寿命长等优点成为具有广阔应用前景的锂离子电池正极材料之一,而磷酸铁锂正极材料中存在的磁性杂质会对其安全性和循环寿命产生不利影响,因此对磁性杂质的管控是磷酸铁锂生产企业重点攻关项目。本文分析梳理了生产线磁性杂质的可能引入途径,提出了降低磁性杂质含量的改善措施并应用到实际生产,降低产品中磁性杂质含量,提高产品质量,提升了企业竞争力。 Lithium iron phosphate cathode material has become one of the cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries with broad application prospects because of its high safety,high cost performance and long cycle life,and the magnetic impurities present in lithium iron phosphate cathode materials will adversely affect its safety and cycle life,so the control of magnetic impurities is a key project for lithium iron phosphate manufacturers.This paper analyzes and sorts out the possible introduction routes of magnetic impurities in the production line,puts forward improvement measures to reduce the content of magnetic impurities and applies them to actual production,reduces the content of magnetic impurities in products,improves product quality,and enhances the competitiveness of enterprises.
