摘要
招金矿业股份有限公司金翅岭金矿是国内从事金精矿矿物资源精、深加工的黄金氰化冶炼企业,企业有成熟的常规氰化提金技术和完备的综合回收工艺链。企业采购的氰化原料经碱浸细磨氰化-锌粉置换冶炼后,氰化尾渣再转入氰化浮选车间经过一粗两扫两精选别出富含铜、铅、锌、金、银的铅锌精矿和铜精矿。受到精矿原料物化性质不均一的影响氰化尾渣波动大,造成氰渣浮选效果不稳定。同时受金翅岭金矿实施氰化细磨技术升级改造的影响,氰化尾渣细度-400目含量提升到98%。为实现多元素金属选别效果的提升,金翅岭金矿考察并与浙江艾领创矿业科技有限公司合作开展了微泡浮选机应用于氰渣浮选的半工业试验。试验结果表明精锐型微泡浮选机在氰渣浮选的铅二次扫选、铜二次扫选、铜尾再选中可明显提高对金矿物的回收,能增加金回收率。
Jinzhiling Gold Mine,Zhaojin Mining Co.,Ltd.is a gold cyanide smelting enterprise engaged in fine and deep processing of gold concentrate mineral resources in China.The enterprise has mature conventional cyanide gold extraction technology and complete comprehensive recovery process chain.After the cyanide raw materials purchased by the enterprise are refined by alkali leaching and ground cyaniding and zinc powder replacement,the cyanide tailings are transferred to the cyanide flotation workshop,and the lead-zinc concentrate and copper concentrate rich in copper,lead,zinc,gold and silver are separated by one rough and two cleaning.Influenced by the non-uniformity of physical and chemical properties of concentrate raw materials,cyanide tailings fluctuate greatly,resulting in unstable flotation effect of cyanide slag.At the same time,the fineness-400 mesh content of cyanide tailings increased to 98%due to the upgrading of cyanide fine grinding technology in Jinzhiling Gold Mine.In order to improve the separation effect of multi-element metals,Jinzhiling Gold Mine has investigated and cooperated with Zhejiang Ailingchuang Mining Technology Co.,Ltd.to carry out semi-industrial tests on the application of micro-bubble flotation machine to cyanide slag flotation.The test results show that the fine microbubble flotation machine can obviously improve the recovery of gold minerals and increase the recovery rate of gold in cyanide slag flotation by secondary sweep of lead,secondary sweep of copper and copper tail.
