铝电解节能降耗技术研究与应用现状

摘要 铝电解是将氧化铝电解还原为金属铝的重要工业过程,铝因轻质、高强、耐腐蚀特性需求持续增长。在我国“十四五”能源消费双控及全球碳减排背景下,国家通过能耗分级标准与阶梯电价政策推动节能,2025年铝液交流综合耗电量标准提至13300kWh/吨。文章阐述节能降耗对降本、促可持续发展及提竞争力的重要性,介绍优化电解槽结构与工艺、采用高效设备与余热回收、扩大非化石能源应用、数字化智能化升级等技术。案例显示相关技术可显著降低电耗,助力行业绿色低碳可持续发展。 Aluminum electrolysis is an important industrial process for the reduction of aluminum oxide to metallic aluminum.The demand for aluminum continues to grow due to its lightweight,high-strength,and corrosion-resistant properties.In the context of China's dual control of energy consumption during the 14th Five Year Plan and global carbon reduction,the country promotes energy conservation through energy consumption grading standards and tiered electricity pricing policies.By 2025,the comprehensive electricity consumption standard for aluminum liquid exchange will be raised to 13300 kWh/ton.The article elaborates on the importance of energy conservation and consumption reduction in reducing costs,promoting sustainable development,and enhancing competitiveness.It introduces technologies such as optimizing the structure and process of electrolytic cells,adopting efficient equipment and waste heat recovery,expanding the application of non fossil energy,and upgrading digital intelligence.The case shows that relevant technologies can significantly reduce electricity consumption and help the industry achieve green,low-carbon and sustainable development.
