摘要
传统电解槽的使用寿命普遍较短,与国外先进水平相比存在明显差距。同时,生产波动率较高,导致产品质量不稳定。国外先进的电解槽技术在运行稳定性和使用寿命上表现更为出色,而我国部分企业的电解槽在这些方面还有很大的提升空间。本文主要分析铝电解工艺技术优化措施,旨在为相关行业的发展提供助力。
The service life of traditional electrolytic cells is generally short,and there is a significant gap compared to advanced levels abroad.Meanwhile,high production volatility leads to unstable product quality.The advanced electrolytic cell technology abroad performs better in terms of operational stability and service life,while some Chinese enterprises still have a lot of room for improvement in these aspects of electrolytic cells.This article mainly analyzes the optimization measures of aluminum electrolysis process technology,aiming to provide assistance for the development of related industries.
