摘要
目的 探讨医患一体化模式下手术切口标识卡在术前手术切口标识规范中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2024年1月至11月收治的300例手术患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,观察组150例患者在医患一体化模式下采用挂脖式手术切口标识卡标识,对照组150例患者在医患一体化模式下采用常规方法标识。对比两组患者术前手术切口标识核查三方参与度及核查规范性、入室后手术切口标识质量得分、患者安全核查得分、患者满意度调查得分及入室-麻醉准备时间。结果 观察组入室-麻醉准备时间少于对照组,在术前手术切口标识核查三方参与度、核查规范性、入室后切口标识质量得分、患者安全核查得分、患者满意度调查得分等方面均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在医患一体化模式下,采用手术切口标识卡能有效缩短术前麻醉准备时间,提高手术切口标识核查规范性,保障手术安全质量,改善患者就医体验,增强患者满意调查得分。
Objective To evaluate the application efficacy of surgical site identification cards in standardizing preoperative surgical site verification within a physician-patient collaborative model.Methods A total of 300 surgical patients admitted between January and November 2024 were randomized into an observation group(n=150)and a control group(n=150)using a random number table.The observation group received neck-worn surgical site identification cards under the physician-patient collaborative model,while the control group underwent conventional verification.Outcomes compared included tripartite participation and verification standardization(surgeon,anesthesiologist,nurse),post-induction surgical site verification quality scores,patient safety assessment scores,patient satisfaction,and time from operating room entry to anesthesia induction.Results The observation group demonstrated significantly shorter anesthesia induction times(P<0.05).Tripartite participation in preoperative verification,verification standardization,post-induction verification quality scores,patient safety scores,and satisfaction ratings were all higher in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrating surgical site identification cards into a physician-patient collaborative model reduces preoperative anesthesia preparation time,enhances verification standardization,ensures perioperative safety and quality,and improves patient experience.
