基于模块化的车用外啮合齿轮电动油泵设计与结构优化的研究

摘要 围绕车用外啮合齿轮电动油泵的设计与结构优化展开深入研究,基于模块化设计理念对车用外啮合齿轮电动油泵实施系统性的设计工作。首先,开展模块化划分并构建模块化设计平台,界定各模块功能,显著提升了油泵设计的通用性。详细介绍了模块化设计平台中的齿轮泵设计模块和电机设计模块,并着重阐述了基于维纳过程和相关性分析的寿命预测模块。通过理论推导,得出机械效率和容积效率退化到失效阈值时的失效概率及对应的外啮合齿轮泵寿命,保障了其在复杂工况下的可靠性与耐用性。其次,运用FLUENT软件对齿轮油泵内部进行流体分析,深入研究流量、压力及脉动变化情况,并获取噪音云图分布。针对外啮合齿轮泵现存问题,创新性地提出孔状结构新方案。经仿真分析得到采用内壁孔状结构后,齿轮泵压力脉动和流量脉动分别降低了67.0%和53.3%。最后,通过NVH试验,表明优化后的车用外啮合齿轮电动油泵在相同工况,噪声值降低了6.1 dB,同时满足电动油泵流量需求,验证了优化设计的合理性与有效性。为车用外啮合齿轮电动油泵的设计与优化提供了理论支撑和可行的实践指导,具有一定的工程应用价值。 This paper conducts an in-depth study on the design and structural optimization of external gear electric oil pumps for vehicles,and systematically designs the external gear electric oil pumps for vehicles based on the con-cept of modular design.Firstly,modular division was carried out and a modular design platform is built,with the functions of each module defined,significantly improving the versatility and efficiency of oil pump design.The gear pump design module and motor design module in the modular design platform were introduced in detail,and the life prediction module based on the Wiener process and correlation analysis was emphasized.Through theoretical derivation,the failure probability when the mechanical efficiency and volumetric efficiency degrade to the failure threshold and the corresponding service life of the external gear pump were obtained,ensuring its reliability and durability under complex working conditions.Secondly,FLUENT software was used to conduct fluid analysis on the interior of the gear oil pump,in-depth study the changes in flow rate,pressure and pulsation,and obtain the noise cloud map dis-tribution.Aimed at the existing problems of the external gear pump,a new scheme of hole-like structure was inno-vatively proposed.The simulation analysis shows that after adopting the inner wall hole-like structure,the pressure pulsation and flow pulsation of the gear pump were reduced by 67.0%and 53.3%respectively.Finally,the NVH test shows that the optimized external gear electric oil pump for vehicles had a noise reduction of 6.1 dB under the same working conditions,while meeting the flow demand of the electric oil pump,which verified the rationality and effectiveness of the optimized design.This study provides theoretical support and feasible practical guidance for the design and optimization of external gear electric oil pumps for vehicles,and has certain engineering application value.
