摘要
以山杨和樟子松为研究对象,常温常压条件下,先后用硫酸铝与硅酸钠分别浸渍处理山杨和樟子松木材,用平板硫化机对山杨和樟子松浸渍材进行炭化热处理,采用聚氨酯胶黏剂胶合,考察山杨和樟子松无机浸渍改性材的胶合工艺和性能。试验结果表明:(1)最优胶合工艺参数为试件种类为素材山杨,施胶量为240 g/m2,热压温度130℃,热压时间60 min,热压压力1.0 MPa;(2)两种木材的素材、浸渍材、炭化浸渍材的胶合剪切强度依次减小,说明无机浸渍处理和热压炭化处理对胶合性能有影响;(3)山杨胶合性能优于樟子松,两种木材改性前后,木材的胶合强度均达到了非结构集成材标准要求。
Taking aspen and camphor pine wood as the research object,the wood of aspen and camphor pine wood were impregnated with aluminum sulfate and sodium silicate respectively at room temperature and pressure.The car-bonization heat treatment of the impregnated wood of aspen and camphor pine wood was carried out with a flat vulcan-izer,and the bonding process and properties of the inorganic impregnated modified wood of aspen and camphor pine wood were investigated.The results showed that:(1)within the scope of this experiment,the optimal bonding process parameters were as follows:the type of specimen was aspen the amount of glue was 240 g/m2,the hot press-ing temperature was 130℃,the hot pressing time was 60min,and the hot pressing pressure was 1.0 MPa.(2)The bonding shear strength of the two kinds of wood materials,impregnated wood and carbonized impregnated wood de-creased in turn,indicating that the inorganic impregnation treatment and hot pressing carbonization treatment had an effect on the bonding performance.(3)Within the scope of this test,the bonding performance of aspen is better than that of camphor pine wood,and the bonding strength of the two kinds of wood before and after modification has reached the standard requirements of non Structural Glulam.
