摘要
在数字化时代,电商作为一种新兴的商业模式,正深刻改变着人们的生活方式和消费习惯,同时也对全球经济的发展产生了深远影响。目前,以培养复合型高技能人才作为高职高专电子商务专业的目标已成为社会各界的共识。然而,职业院校电子商务专业教学面临三大核心问题:一是产教融合育人理念模糊,二是思政教育与技能学习融合不足,三是缺少有效的产教联动机制。对此,文章主张构建“德技并修·双元育人·三化融通”模式,通过校企共建“三对接三共同”联合体,实施模块化专业群重构、项目化课程开发、场景化四阶递进实训。依托校企共建共享机制,开发企业真实案例,打造“双师型”教师团队,实现毕业生对口就业率和企业满意度的双提升,为职业教育产教融合提供实践范式。
In the digital era,e-commerce,as an emerging business model,is profoundly changing people's lifestyles and consumption habits,while also exerting a profound impact on the global economy.At present,it has become a consensus among all sectors of society that vocational colleges should cultivate interdisciplinary and highly skilled talents in e-commerce.However,e-commerce majors in vocational institutions face three core issues:firstly,the vague concept of integrating the efforts of enterprises and vocational institutions;secondly,the insufficient integration of ideological and political education with skill learning;and thirdly,the lack of effective mechanisms for linking industry and education.In this regard,the article advocates a model that attaches equal importance to“cultivating moral integrity and honing skills,and integration of three modernization”,which can achieve modular professional group reconstruction,project-based course development,and scenario-based four-step progressive training through“three connections and three commonalities”jointly established by schools and enterprises.Relying on the mechanism of joint construction and sharing between schools and enterprises,developing cases of enterprises,building a“dual qualified”teaching team,thereby achieving an improvement in both the employment rate and enterprise satisfaction,and providing a practical paradigm for the integration of industry and education.
