摘要
为探究不同产地进口液化天然气(Liquefied NaturalGas,LNG)品质情况,建立多元的进口LNG质量控制体系。依据GB/T 38753-2020中液化天然气质量要求的项目,结合LNG产地,对2021—2024年山东口岸进口的325船LNG检测数据进行统计、分析。结果表明,从澳大利亚和巴布亚新几内亚进口的LNG船数分别位居每年的前两位,二者占据每年进口总船数的70%以上。从巴布亚新几内亚、卡塔尔、美国、俄罗斯和印度尼西亚进口的LNG均为常规类,平均高位体积发热量最高的产地是巴布亚新几内亚。除澳大利亚外,其它LNG产地氧气摩尔分数<0.01%的船数占比均在70%以上。仅产地为巴布亚新几内亚和卡塔尔的进口LNG中各有2船的氮气摩尔分数>0.40%。只有产地为卡塔尔的LNG中出现硫化氢和总硫含量超出检测方法检出限的情况。建议通过增强LNG国际贸易与合作模式的多元化,促进LNG进口渠道和能源供应的多元化。
In order to explore the quality of the imported Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG)from different origins,and a diversified quality control system for the imported LNG was established.Based on the quality requirements for LNG in GB/T 38753-2020,combined with the LNG origins,the statistical analysis on the data of test items for 325 LNG carriers imported through Shandong ports from 2021 to 2024.The results showed that the number of LNG carriers imported from Australia and Papua New Guinea ranked in the top two and accounted for over 70%of the total carriers each year.The LNG imported from Papua New Guinea,Qatar,the United States,Russia,and Indonesia were all conventional liquid types,the origin with the highest average gross calorific value was Papua New Guinea.Except for Australia,the proportion of carriers with oxygen mole fraction<0.01%in other LNG origins was above 70%.There were only two LNG carriers with a nitrogen mole fraction>0.40%imported from Papua New Guinea and Qatar.Only LNG imported from Qatar had the content of hydrogen sulfide and total sulfur exceeding the detection limit of the detection method.It was recommended that the diversification of LNG import channels and energy supply should be promoted by enhancing the diversification of LNG international trade and cooperation models.
