摘要
目的:探讨吞咽功能改良康复方案对口腔癌患者吞咽功能及生活质量的影响。方法:按随机数字表法将82例口腔癌患者分为实验组和对照组各41例,对照组予以常规诊疗和护理,实验组在此基础上实施吞咽功能改良康复方案。结果:实验组MDADI评分明显高于对照组,住院时间少于对照组,口腔食物残留、误吸发生率低于对照组(均P<0.05),出院时实验组BMI值高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:吞咽功能改良康复方案可提高口腔癌患者吞咽功能,促进患者康复。
Objective:To explore the impact of a swallowing function improvement rehabilitation program on the swallowing function and quality of life of oral cancer patients.Methods:Eighty-two patients with oral cancer were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 41 patients in each group.The control group received routine diagnosis,treatment and nursing care,while the experimental group received a swallowing function improvement rehabilitation program based on this.Results:The MDADI score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the hospitalization time of the experimental group was shorter.The incidence of oral food residue and aspiration in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(both P<0.05),and the BMI of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group at discharge(P<0.01).Conclusion:The swallowing function improvement rehabilitation program can enhance the swallowing function of oral cancer patients and promote their recovery.
