基于5G边缘计算的智慧医疗系统及应用研究

摘要 近年来,健康医疗大数据产业被列入国家大数据战略布局,带来了健康医疗模式的深刻变化,但医疗行业整体数据安全和个人信息保护也面临着更大的威胁。本研究通过对传统远程医疗行业痛点的分析,提出了一种基于5G移动边缘计算的远程云诊疗平台设计。该设计采用5G端到端网络切片结合多重服务质量(Quality of Service,QoS)技术,实现了业务差异化服务水平协议(Service Level Agreement,SLA)保障,构筑了端到端安全、可靠,以及带宽和时延满足业务要求的虚拟专网,持续提高了智慧医疗行业的便捷化、自动化和智能化,从多方面保障了人们健康,显著提升了医疗服务水平。 In recent years,the health and medical big data industry has been incorporated into the national big data strategy,bringing profound changes to the healthcare model.The entire medical industry faces greater threats to data security and personal information protection.By analyzing the pain points of traditional telemedicine,we propose a design for a remote cloud-based diagnostic platform based on fifth-generation mobile communication technology(5G)edge computing.This approach uses 5G end-to-end network slicing combined with multiple quality of service(QoS)technologies to achieve differentiated service level agreement(SLA)guarantees.It builds an end-to-end secure,reliable virtual private network that meets bandwidth and latency requirements for business needs.This enhances the convenience,automation,and intelligence of the smart healthcare industry in multiple respects,contributing to improved health outcomes and significantly improving medical service levels.
