摘要
文章以“外史”范式为指导,从整体视角考察了民国时期女性图书馆学人群体的社会贡献。研究表明,民国时期的女性图书馆学人除从事图书馆工作和学术研究外,还积极融入社会。她们通过从事教育事业、助力妇女解放、促进科研创新、参与公众事务等多种方式推动社会进步,展现了近代中国社会变迁与时代进步背景下女性图书馆学人的智慧与社会担当。
Guided by the paradigm of“external history,”this paper takes a holistic approach to examine the social contributions of women library scholars during the Republic of China period(1912—1949).It reveals that,besides their involvement in library work and academic research,these women actively engaged with broader society.Through their participation in education,support for women’s emancipation,promotion of scientific and academic innovation,and service in public affairs,they played a vital role in advancing social progress.Their efforts reflect both the intellectual vitality and the sense of social responsibility demonstrated by women librarians amid the broader transformations of modern Chinese society.
