临时固定状态下道岔区轨道-列车系统安全性研究

摘要 无砟轨道抬升纠偏施工中通常采取解离轨道板的施工工艺,采用快硬砂浆袋临时对脱空层进行填充或支撑,同时用限位装置对轨道进行临时固定,保证列车限速运行期间道床板稳定性。基于有限元与多体动力学理论,建立临时固定状态下无砟轨道静力学和动力学模型,开展临时固定状态下高速道岔区轨道-列车系统安全性研究。结果表明,临时固定结构布置间距对轨道板安全性和轨下刚度影响显著,布置间距超3 m时轨道板存在破坏风险,且轨下刚度随间距增大而衰减;列车通过临时固定状态下道岔时,行车速度与轨道结构刚度差对列车动力学响应影响复杂,侧向过岔速度超40 km/h时,轮重减载率超出安全限值;建议在无砟轨道抬升施工期间,应限制列车过岔速度,侧向过岔速度为40 km/h,直向过岔速度为45 km/h。 In the construction of ballastless track lifting and deviation correcting,the construction process of dissociating the track slab was usually adopted.Quick-hardening mortar bags were used to temporarily fill or support the void layer,and a limiting device was used to temporarily fix the track to ensure the stability of the bed slab during the speed-limited operation of the train.Based on the finite element theory and multi-body dynamics theory,this paper established the static and dynamic models of the ballastless track in the temporarily fixed state,and conducted a study on the safety of the vehicle-track system in the high-speed turnout area in the temporarily fixed state.The results show that the layout spacing between the temporary fixing structures has a significant impact on the safety of the track slab and the track subgrade stiffness.When the layout spacing exceeds 3 m,there is a risk of damage to the track slab,and the track subgrade stiffness decreases with the increase of the spacing.When the train passes through the turnout in the temporarily fixed state,the influence of the train running speed and the stiffness difference of the track structure on the train’s dynamic response is complex.When the lateral turnout passing speed exceeds 40 km/h,the wheel load reduction rate exceeds the safety limit.During the ballastless track lifting construction,It is recommended to limit the train’s turnout passing speed,with the lateral turnout passing speed of 40 km/h and the straight turnout passing speed of 45 km/h.
