不同比例‘热研4号’王草与穗序木蓝混合青贮效果 被引量:1

Study on mixed silage effect of Pennisetum purpureum×P.glaucum‘Reyan No.4’and Indigofera hendecaphylla fermentation in different proportion

摘要 为生产优质的青贮饲料,探讨不同比例‘热研4号’王草(Pennisetum purpureum×P. glaucum‘Reyan No.4’)和穗序木蓝(Indigofera hendecaphylla)混合青贮后其营养成分和发酵品质,以‘热研4号’王草和穗序木蓝按质量比8:2(A1组)、6:4(A2组)、4:6(A3组)、2:8(A4组)进行混合青贮,对照组(CK)为‘热研4号’王草单独青贮,发酵60 d后取样分析。结果表明,随着穗序木蓝比例的增加,处理组的干物质、粗蛋白质、Ca含量及pH、相对饲喂价值呈增加趋势,脂肪、粗灰分、中性洗涤纤维、氨含量及相对饲草品质呈降低趋势;各处理组的干物质、粗蛋白、脂肪、粗灰分、中性洗涤纤维、Ca含量及pH、相对饲喂价值、相对饲草品质呈现不同程度的显著性差异(P<0.05)。各处理组的干物质、粗蛋白、Ca、乳酸含量及相对饲喂价值均显著高于CK组(P<0.05),粗灰分、中性洗涤纤维、可溶性碳水化合物含量均显著低于CK组(P<0.05),脂肪、酸性洗涤纤维、氨、丁酸、总可消化养分含量及相对饲草品质在处理组和CK组间均呈现差异不显著(P > 0.05)。通过发酵品质评价,各处理组的费氏评分均显著高于CK组(P<0.05),A4组得分最高;各处理组的费氏青贮得分均低于CK组,A4组得分最低。通过混合青贮效果的综合评价可知,各处理组和CK组的排序为A2组> A4组> A3组> A1组> CK组。因此,在‘热研4号’王草中添加穗序木蓝进行混合青贮,青贮效果得到改善,当‘热研4号’王草与穗序木蓝的比例为6:4时最佳。 In order to produce high-quality silage,the effects of mixed silage of Pennisetum purpureum×P.glaucum‘Reyan No.4’and Indigofera hendecaphylla on fermentation quality and nutrient composition were studied.The mixed silage ratios of‘Reyan No.4’and I.hendecaphylla were 8꞉2(A1),6꞉4(A2),4꞉6(A3),2꞉8(A4),respectively.The control group(CK)was silage with‘Reyan No.4’alone.Samples were analyzed after 60 days of fermentation.The results showed that the contents of dry matter,crude protein,Ca,pH value,and relative feeding value of the treatment groups increased with an increase in the proportion of I.hendecaphylla in silage,whereas the crude fat,crude ash,neutral detergent fiber,ammonia,and relative forage quality of the treatment groups decreased with an increase in the proportion of I.hendecaphylla in silage.The contents of dry matter,crude protein,crude fat,crude ash,neutral detergent fiber,Ca,and pH value,relative feeding value,and relative forage quality of all treatment groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Compared with CK group,the contents of dry matter,crude protein,Ca,lactic acid,and relative feeding value in all treatment groups were significantly higher than those in CK group(P<0.05),while the contents of crude ash,neutral detergent fiber and soluble carbohydrate in all treatment groups were significantly lower than those in CK group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the content of crude fat,acid detergent fiber,ammonia,butyric acid,total digestible nutrients,or relative forage quality between the treatment and CK groups(P>0.05).According to the fermentation quality evaluation,the Flieg scores of all the treatment groups were significantly higher than those of the CK group(P<0.05),with the Flieg score of A4 group being the highest.The Flieg silage scores of all the treatment groups were lower than those of the CK group,and the score of the A4 group was the lowest.According to the comprehensive evaluation of the mixed silage effect,the order of each treatment group and the CK group were A2>A4>A3>A1>CK group.Therefore,the silage effect was improved by adding I.hendecaphylla to‘Reyan No.4’for mixed silage.The ratio of‘Reyan No.4’to I.hendecaphylla is 6꞉4.
