摘要
能源转型、“双碳”目标及高质量发展要求的背景下,中国炼化行业正处于前所未有的大变革时代,炼油产业在大规模市场需求支撑下仍具有较大发展机遇,但同时也面临转型升级、模式变革、产业链供应链自主掌控能力偏弱等挑战。分析认为,炼化行业从近、中、长期时间尺度看,都将是不可或缺的产业门类。未来我国炼化产业要继续实施优化升级,着力谋划产业强链升链、绿色低碳发展、数智化转型,加强国际合作,稳步推进产业转型,为助力我国提升产业控制力、保障国家能源安全做出应有贡献。
Under the backgrounds of energy transition,“carbon dioxide emission peaking and carbon neutrality”target and high-quality development appeal in China,Chinas refining and chemical industry stays in an unprecedented revolution.Supported by large-scale market demand,Chinas refining and chemical industry still has significant development opportunities,while faces large challenges such as transformation upgrading,development model revolution,and poor self-control ability in industrial chain and supply chain.Through the comprehensive analysis,it is thought that the refining and chemical industry will be an indispensable industry category in the short,medium,and long terms.It is suggested that Chinas refining and chemical industry should implement continuously the optimization and upgrading,make efforts in enhancing and upgrading industrial chains,constructing the model of green and low-carbon development,propelling digitalization transformation,and strengthening international cooperation,and promote industry transformation.Therefore,the refining and chemical industry will contribute to enhancing Chinas industrial control and ensuring national energy security.
