Objective To analyze application effect of linkage model of pre-hospital care and emergency department in the treatment of acute traumatic injury. Methods One hundred patients with acute traumatic injury admitted to Beijing Changing District Hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by using random number table method, with 50 cases in each group.Control group received routin intervention measures, while observation group adopted linkage model of pre-hospital care and emergency department.Intervention effects between two groups were compared. Results Injury-treatment time, multidisciplinary consultation time, physical examination time, emergency rescue time, emergency to operating room time, effective treatment time and hospitalization time in observation group were shorter than those in control group, disability rate, mortality rate and total incidence rate of complicationsin observation group were lower than those in control group(t=24.561,14.933,11.811,12.203,11.457,13.038,36.404,all P<0.05),overall satisfaction and rescue success rate in observation group were higher than those in control group(χ^(2)=5.983,6.383,6.061,5.983,7.111,all P<0.05).Conclusion Linkage model of pre-hospital care and emergency department applied in acute traumatic injurycan effectively improve treatment effect and success rate of patients, prevent complications.
