摘要
贾家堡铁矿露天开采矿坑西北帮终了边坡上部是排土场人工碎石边坡,中部是第四系厚土质边坡,下部是破碎岩体边坡的复合岩土质边坡,原终了边坡角的部分台阶偏陡,部分台阶偏保守,需要对复合边坡角进一步优化,实现矿山边坡稳定和开采经济性。研究系统梳理了边坡地质和水文条件、岩体结构等资料,并进行详细分析,查明采场边坡岩体结构、断层分布等特征,创新性开展了边坡分区研究,以极限平衡法计算分析为主、数值模拟法为辅,并将结果进行对比分析,计算各分区边坡不同工况下的边坡稳定参数,综合评价复合边坡的稳定性系数。结果表明,边坡岩体内水渗流场和地表水的水力联系特征随开采动态变化,边坡总体处于稳定状态,且有一定量的安全冗余,优化后的边坡角由40.3°提高到43.3°,境界外圈向内收缩18.6m,排土场底脚线与境界外圈的距离增加18.6m,可减少11.5万m^(3)的剥岩量,此方法可为类似露天开采矿山的复合边坡工程研究提供参考。
The upper part of the terminal slope of the northwest side of the open-pit mining pit of Jiajiabao Iron Mine is the artificial crushed stone slope of the waste dump,the middle part is the thick soil slope of the quaternary,and the lower part is the composite rock soil slope of the fractured rock mass slope.Some sections of the original terminal slope angle are too steep,and some sections are too conservative.It is necessary to further optimize the composite slope angle to achieve the stability of the mine slope and the economic nature of mining.The research systematically sorted out the data on the geological and hydrological conditions of the slope,rock mass structure,etc.,and conducted a detailed analysis to identify the characteristics such as the rock mass structure and fault distribution of the stopes slope.It innovatively carried out the study of slope zoning,mainly using the limit equilibrium method for calculation and analysis and supplemented by the numerical simulation method.The results were compared and analyzed to calculate the slope stability parameters of each zoning slope under different working conditions and comprehensively evaluate the stability coefficient of the composite slope.The results show that the hydraulic connection characteristics between the water seepage field in the slope rock mass and the surface water,as well as the dynamic changes with mining,the slope is generally in a stable state and has a certain amount of safety redundancy.The optimized slope angle increases from 40.3°to 43.3°,the outer boundary circle contracts inward by 18.6 m,and the distance between the bottom toe line of the waste dump and the outer boundary circle increases by 18.6 m.This can reduce the amount of rock stripping by 115000 m3.This method can provide a reference for the engineering research of composite slopes in similar open-pit mines.
