摘要
为解决露天矿爆破参数设计工作繁琐、任务量大、依赖人工经验、主观性强等问题,通过融合数字孪生、人工智能、数值模拟及可视化分析技术,开发露天矿数字孪生爆破效果预测及评价系统,以实现爆破参数设计的智能化、科学化,提高设计效率与准确性。研究采用系统化思想,构建系统拓扑与功能架构,设计数据采集、数据管理、爆破模拟、效果预测及评价等子系统;开发Web端与APP端应用。经过深入研究与开发,成功构建了露天矿数字孪生爆破效果预测及评价系统,实现了地质数据的自动采集更新、爆破参数智能分析、爆破效果科学预测与评价,以及基于数字孪生的可视化展示等,显著提升了露天矿爆破参数设计的科学性与便利性,为矿山精细化爆破提供了强有力的技术支撑。该系统有望成为露天矿爆破作业领域的重要工具,推动矿山开采向智能化、精细化方向发展。
To solve the problems of cumbersome,heavy workload,reliance on human experience and strong subjectivity in the design of blasting parameters in open-pit mines,a digital twin blasting effect prediction and evaluation system for open-pit mines is developed by integrating digital twin,artificial intelligence,numerical simulation and visual analysis technologies,in order to achieve intelligent and scientific design of blasting parameters and improve design efficiency and accuracy.The research adopts the systematic thinking,constructs the system topology and functional architecture,and designs subsystems such as data acquisition,data management,blasting simulation,effect prediction and evaluation.Web-end and APP-end applications are developed.After in-depth research and development,a digital twin blasting effect prediction and evaluation system for open-pit mines has been successfully constructed,achieving automatic collection and update of geological data,intelligent analysis of blasting parameters,scientific prediction and evaluation of blasting effects,as well as visual display based on digital twins.This has significantly improved the scientificity and convenience of blasting parameter design in open-pit mines.It provides strong technical support for precise blasting in mines.This system is expected to become an important tool in the field of open-pit mine blasting operations,promoting the development of mine exploitation towards intelligence and refinement.
