基于OBE理念的生成式人工智能(GAI)在健康福祉类专业实践教学管理中的评价研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:深度挖掘生成式人工智能(GAI)在健康福祉类专业实践教学评价中应用的优势,同时剖析其在伦理道德、数据安全等层面存在的问题与面临的挑战,结合健康福祉类专业特色,探索将GAI应用于健康福祉类专业实践教学管理的有效手段,并在教学测评环节中加以实施,使成果导向教育理念落到实处.方法:采用学校督导组人工线下评价与分析(权重40%)、GAI教师线上互评与分析(权重40%)、GAI学生线上测评与分析(权重20%)相结合的方式,根据不同角色的权重分配计算评价结果 .结果:学校督导组人工线下评价、GAI教师线上互评、GAI学生线上测评的分析结果高度一致,GAI线上评价统计时效较线下人工计算提高90%以上,教师与学生参与度大幅提高.结论:GAI技术丰富了教育的教学介质,扩充了高等教育的教学场景,同时也是OBE教育教学理念能够有效贯彻执行的重要评价手段,将GAI技术应用于教学管理能够提高管理效率,并为规范实践教学管理提供参考. Purpose:The study will deeply explore the advantages of applying Generative Artificial Intelligence(GAI)in the evaluation of health and well-being practical education,while analyzing the problems and challenges it faces in ethics,data security and other aspects.Combining with the characteristics of health and well-being majors,this study aims to explore effective means of applying GAI in the management of health and well-being professional practical teaching,and implement it in the teaching evaluation process to implement the OBE education and teaching philosophy.Methods:Manual offline evaluation and analysis by the teaching supervision group(weight 40%),online peer evaluation and analysis by teachers using GAI(weight 40%)and online evaluation and analysis by students using GAI(weight 20%).Results:The results of the three aspects were highly consistent.The timeliness of online evaluation statistics by GAI has increased by over 90%compared with offline manual calculation,and the participation of teachers and students has significantly increased.Conclusion:GAI technology enriches the teaching medium of education,expands the teaching scenarios of higher education,and is also an important evaluation tool for the effective implementation of OBE education teaching concepts.Applying GAI technology to teaching management can significantly improve management efficiency and provide reference for standardizing practical teaching management.
