摘要
介绍了大连西太平洋石油化工有限公司220万t/a渣油加氢装置首次使用安全环保型硫化剂FSA-55替代传统二甲基二硫(DMDS)对催化剂进行预硫化的应用情况。结果表明:在初始硫化温度为170℃,硫化时间为35 h,硫化剂用量为57 t的条件下,反应系统循环氢中H2S质量浓度为16 g/m^(3),催化剂上硫率为86.2%,可满足催化剂预硫化需求;渣油产品密度为0.9277~0.9373 g/cm^(3),硫质量分数控制在0.330%以下,残炭质量分数控制在5.5%以下,均可满足产品指标要求。
First industrial application of safe and environmentally friendly sulfurizing agent FSA-55 instead of traditional dimethyl disulphide(DMDS)in the 2.2 Mt/a residue hydrogenation unit of Dalian West Pacific Petrochemical Co Ltd were introduced.The results showed that under the conditions of initial sulfurization temperature of 170℃,pre-sulfurization time of 35 h,and sulfurizing agent dosage of 57 t,the mass concentration of H2S in the recycle hydrogen of the reaction system was 16 g/m^(3),the sulfur loading rate on the catalyst was 86.2%,which could meet the requirements for catalyst presulfurization;residue product density was 0.9277-0.9373 g/cm^(3),sulfur mass fraction was below 0.330%,carbon residue mass fraction was below 5.5%,which could all meet the requirements of product specifications.
