摘要
目的探讨智慧信息平台在手术患者全流程安全核查中的应用效果。方法便利选取某医院2023年3月—9月619例择期手术患者,其中2023年3月—5月310例患者为对照组,实施常规手术安全核查流程;2023年7月—9月309例患者为观察组,观察组在常规手术安全核查流程基础上,借助智慧信息平台对手术患者安全核查的全流程进行管理。比较两组手术安全核查规范执行情况、手术护理文书质量、首台手术准时开台执行率及相关指标。结果应用智慧信息平台后,观察组手术安全核查合格率、手术护理文书合格率、首台手术准时开台率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术安全核查全流程智慧信息平台的应用,可提高手术安全核查规范执行率、首台手术准点开台率,缩短患者等候时间,从而提升手术室运营效率,保障患者围术期安全。
Objective To explore the application effect of the intelligent information platform in surgical safety check through the whole process.Methods A total of 619 patients undergoing elective surgery from March to September 2023 in a hospital were conveniently selected.Among them,310 patients from March to May 2023 were included in the control group and underwent the routine surgical safety check process;309 patients from July to September 2023 were included in the observation group,and the observation group was performed surgical safety check with the help of intelligent information platform in the whole process based on the routine surgical safety check.To evaluate and compared results of the two groups on the standard implementation of surgical safety check,the nursing documents quality,the rate of the first on-time operation implementations and relative indicators through the whole process.Results After the application of the intelligent information platform of surgical safety check,the qualification rate of surgical safety check,the completion rate of the nursing documents and the rate of the first on-time operation in the observation group were improved,which were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of intelligent information platform in surgical safety check through the whole process can improve the standard implementation rate of surgical safety check,perform the first operation on time,shorten patients’waiting time.Furthermore,it can enhance the efficiency of the operating room and ensure patients safety during the perioperative period.
