摘要
隧道是交通运输系统的一个重要组成部分,随着城市化进程的加快,其重要性也逐渐提升。但隧道内特殊的环境导致在照明方面存在诸多问题,这些问题的存在严重影响了行车安全。而发光涂料作为一种新型的节能材料,具有能够在昏暗的环境下发光的特性,能够在突发情况导致的无光源环境中及时提供应急照明,有效为受困人员指引逃生方向,争取更多时间提供救援。本研究叙述了发光涂料在公路隧道中的应用功能,以严谨的实验数据为支撑探讨了发光涂料在隧道中的应用效果,提出了优化照明方案的建议。研究结果表明,发光涂料不仅能够提高隧道内的光环境舒适度,还能通过释放负氧离子、降解PM2.5、防霉除菌和自清洁功能,提高隧道环境质量,减少维护成本,大幅延长隧道的使用寿命。尽管发光涂料在隧道中的应用前景广阔,但在涂层附着力、施工工艺应用和光环境舒适度等方面的问题需要在实际应用中加以重视。
With the advancement of the urbanization process,the role of tunnels in transportation is becoming increasingly important.Nevertheless,the specific environment within tunnels gives rise to numerous problems in lighting,such as high energy consumption,insufficient luminance,prominent glare and significant black-white hole effects,which seriously affect driving safety.As a novel energy-saving material,luminescent coatings have the property of emitting light in dim conditions and can offer emergency lighting in circumstances of sudden power outages or absence of light sources caused by natural disasters and other special situations.They can effectively guide trapped individuals in their escape directions and gain more time for rescue.This paper describes the application of luminescent coatings in highway tunnels,including research progress in aspects such as road markings,emergency lighting and tunnel lighting.Through the combined methods of theoretical basis,experimental research,simulation analysis and comprehensive evaluation,the application effects of luminescent coatings in tunnels are explored,and suggestions for optimizing lighting schemes are put forward.The research findings indicate that luminescent coatings not only enhance the comfortability of the light environment within tunnels but also improve the air quality and microbial environment within tunnels through the release of negative oxygen ions,degradation of PM2.5,mold prevention and sterilization and self-cleaning functions.Furthermore,it can reduce maintenance costs and extend the service life of tunnels.Despite the broad application prospects of luminescent coatings in tunnels,some issues such as coating adhesion,the application of construction techniques and the comfortability of the light environment need to be catched attention in practical applications.
