一种基于增益增强N路径滤波器的模拟信息转换器设计

摘要 模拟信息转换器(Analog-to-Information, AIC)实现了对高速信号的低速采样,大大降低了信号采集的功耗以及数据传输、存储的压力,是用于模拟数字转换器的新兴技术。为进一步降低功耗,本文提出了一种基于N路径滤波器的全无源AIC电路,并采用增益提升技术提高重构信号的信噪比。此外,利用线性周期时变(Linear Periodically Time-Variant,LPTV)网络理论将周期时变的AIC系统转换为线性时不变系统,分析了所设计的AIC系统传输函数,并在此基础上设计电路参数。仿真结果表明,以50%的奈奎斯特率对信号进行采样时,重构信号的峰值信噪比可达到59.3 dB。 Analog to Information converter(AIC)realizes low speed sampling of high speed signal,which greatly reduces the power consumption of signal acquisition and the pressure of data transmission and storage,is a new technology used in analog to digital converter.In order to further reduce the power consumption,a completely passive AIC circuit based on N-path filter is proposed in this paper,and gain boosting technology is used to improve the signal-to-noise ratio of reconstructed signals.In addition,Linear periodic Time-Variant(LPTV)network theory is used to convert the periodic time-variant AIC system into a linear time-invariant system.The transmission function of the designed AIC system is analyzed,and the circuit parameters are designed on this basis.The simulation results show that the peak signal to noise ratio of reconstructed signal can reach 59.3 dB when the signal is sampled at 50%Nyquist rate.
